Gents likes it meaty

To properly celebrate our collaboration with the famous Belgian butchery, Dierendonck, the entire Gents team went on a road trip to the Belgian seaside. (Complete with obligatory road-trip music.) Destination? Carcasse, the Koksijde-based restaurant where meat plays the (much-deserved) lead role.

Mouths watered, stomachs grew and conversations sparkled. By the end of the night, we were all filled with a feeling of bliss. And with some of the most delicious steaks we’ve ever eaten.
(Except for our two veggies, who enjoyed an incredible 3-course vegetarian meal.)

Thanks a lot, Carcasse! You’re the most well-done client we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. My stomach also asked me to thank you personally, as it said it hadn’t been treated that royally in years.
