‘It starts with Aperol Spritz’ marks the launch of Aperol’s new brand campaign, which is rolled out across Europe. We set up an integrated media strategy to position Aperol Spritz as thé start for a great summertime together and claim orange as the new apero in Belgium. Aperol Spritz is shown as the social connector between people and moments.
We add a social twist to the media plan by launching an online activation that triggers fans and friends to share their ‘sparkling moments’ using a series of Aperol-branded GIFs.
For 50 days exclusive Aperol Spritz packages were won by simply sharing one of the sparkling Aperol GIFs on ItStartsWithAperol.be.

Together with Deliveroo we created a unique Orange Booth, that gave away amazing prizes with every orange. From Deliveroo discounts to unique Aperol surprises. The booth popped up in Flanders' most vibrant apero spots, kickstarting the fun.
Aperol Spritz’s general performance keeps rising in Belgium, across retailers and bars. Turning consideration into trial. With our social campaign, we reached over
33.000 sessions and made over 22.000 connections through Facebook, increasing Aperol Spritz’ online visibility with more than 214.000 impressions across Flandres. More than 1.000 people used the Orange Booth and engaged with the brand.
